We only collect the data you give us: name, company, email, phone and the message sent through the contact form; the details you enter when you book a call (the day and time you choose, the services you're interested in, the topic); and the conversation with Ava, the voice agent on the site, if you choose to talk to it (the audio recording, the transcript and any contact details you share). For security, our servers may technically log your IP address and browser type.
We use the data to reply to you, to organize the booked call and to prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken prior to entering into a contract); on the basis of your consent for the conversation with the voice agent and for optional cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)); and on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our website and following up on enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell the data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
We keep data from enquiries and bookings for at most 24 months from the last contact, unless you become a client. Recordings of conversations with the voice agent are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you become a client, contractual and tax documents are kept for as long as the law requires (generally 10 years).
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, under contract: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database, servers in the EU), Google Workspace (email and calendar, including Google Meet for calls), Resend (confirmation emails), ElevenLabs (the voice of the website agent), Anthropic (the Claude model, which processes the agent's conversations) and Twilio (telephony, where applicable). We do not share data with other third parties, except with authorities when the law requires us to.
Some providers (for example Anthropic, ElevenLabs or Google) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases we rely on adequacy decisions of the European Commission, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
